Parmesan Crusted Asparagus

Asparagus might just be my favorite veggie of all time, I am not usually one to pick favorites, but roasted asparagus has become like candy to me. I can eat them all day, everyday and never get sick of them. However, my husband on the other hand? HE was getting sick of them! I had some in my house and I needed to get creative on how to eat them, I wasn't ready to give up my 'spargus addiction just yet so I came up with this recipe to spice them up a bit and let me tell you.. they may be even better than what I was making before. Shhh, you didn't hear me say that.

Ingredients ............................ 1 Lbs Asparagus 2 Cloves of Garlic Minced 1/4 C Graded Parmesan Cheese

1/3 C Homemade Breadcrumbs 1 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Dill 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil 1/2 Tsp Honey

Salt & Pepper to Taste Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 400 2. Trim the bottom of the asparagus and make sure they are washed and pat them dry with a towel 3. Place them in a large zip lock bag with olive oil, honey, salt & pepper and mix to coat 4. Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs and remaining spices in a small bowl and dump in to the bag and mix to make sure every piece has an even layer. 5. Place them on a baking sheet and put them in the oven 6. Bake them in the oven 25-35 minutes or until fork tender 7. Enjoy! PRO TIP: If you really want these to have a lot of flavor pair them with a lemon aioli for dipping!
