Crunchy AF Granola

Granola in the morning, granola in the evening, granola at supper time! I'm obsessed with GRANOLA. It's amazing for breakfast on greek yogurt, plain as a crunchy treat and even on ice cream. I was struggling for a long time to find a pre-made granola that I could just buy at the store and enjoy! Most of them are stuffed with artificial sweetness and are super processed! I decided enough was enough and made my own recipe!


Ingredients ............................ 2 1/2 Cups Rolled Oats 1 Cup Slivered Almonds 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut 6 Tbsp Honey 3 Tbsp Almond Butter 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil 1 Tsp Cinnamon 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg Pinch of Salt Instructions 1. Preheat Oven to 250 degrees 2. In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients, oats, slivered almonds and coconut! 3. In a small pan over medium low heat, heat honey and almond butter until melted together. Stir in all spices and pour over the dry mixture and mix. 4. Melt the coconut oil in the microwave in a small bowl and pour over already mixed mixture and mix again. 4. With a large rubber spatula mix it all together and place on a baking sheet (two if needed!) 5. Bake for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes! 6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. 7. Break apart larger pieces and store in an air tight container
