Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

My husband loves anything with buffalo sauce, he would drink it if I let him! I make wings every so often but I wanted to switch it up! I have seen this recipe in a few variations over the years and I wanted to play around with it to make it my own. This amazing side dish has the flavor and bold taste that you crave in "wings" with out the deep fried piece that makes it a healthier snack with the same flavor! These are a great substitution on game days or when you need a spicy snack that goes well with anything.

Ingredients ............................ 1 Head of Cauliflower 1/2 C. Coconut Flour 1/2 C. Water 1 TSP Garlic Powder 1 TSP Smoked Paprika 1 TSP Onion Powder 1/2 TSP Kosher Salt 1/4 TSP Black Pepper 2 TBSP Grass Fed Butter 2/3 C. Hot Sauce Instructions 1. Preheat Oven to 425 degrees 2. Cut the head of cauliflower into bite sized pieces and set aside! 3. In a large bowl mix together flour, water, spices, and toss the cauliflower in it. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. 4. In another bowl mix together hot sauce and butter and set aside. 5. After the cauliflower has baked, remove and toss in the butter and hot sauce mixture! 6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce! I suggest Paleo Ranch dressing!
